We have individual and group services for: Relationships,
Substance abuse, trauma, depression and anxiety, work-related problems, communication, family issues, grief, anger management, parent and child concerns, stress management, intimacy issues, stress management and aging. We have groups that explore topics of substance abuse, co-dependency, food concerns, anger management and aging.

How long have you been in business?
Our clinic, which is committed to enhancing the wellbeing of individuals and families, has been in business since 2004.
What is your primary product or service?
Mental Health and Substance Abuse Counseling. We offer a wide range of specialties which include, but are not limited to; Stress Management, Relationship Struggles, Alcohol and Drug Abuse, Depression, Anxiety, Work Problems, Social Skills, Family Issues, Exploration/ Self- Journey, Grief, Women’s and Men’s Issues, Anger Management, Conflict Resolution, Parent and Child Concerns, Intimacy/Sexuality Issues, Sexual Orientation Issues.
We also offer groups, our current running groups are; Addiction Education, Addiction Recovery, Codependency, Pet Loss Support Group.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Our Mission is to enhance the wellbeing of individuals and families blending traditional and innovative approaches. We create an atmosphere of dignity and respect while fostering hope and encouragement for our clients.

How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We have multiple Therapists here who each specialize in different topics and have different backgrounds. Having such a large spectrum of knowledge and experience allows us to provide the highest level of care for our clients. We base our clinic on a team building approach and use our resources to provide clients with the necessary tools to transform their goals into meaningful actions.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have one location, in Elm Grove, WI.

If traveling West on Bluemound, we will be on the north side of the street (right side) after the TCF Bank but before Elm Grove Road.
If traveling East on Bluemound, after going over Elm Grove Road, take the first median break on the left. That will drop you off right into our parking lot!
What type of payments do you accept?
We are In-Network with most of the larger insurance companies (Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Aetna, Cigna) If you have any questions about insurance coverage feel free to call with your inquiry.
Which areas do you service?
Waukesha County and surrounding areas such as wauwatosa, milwaukee and Hales Corners.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Our Office Manager is available to answer any questions; she is available during regular business hours which are 8:30am - 5:00pm.
What are your hours of operation?
Our Office Manager is available by phone Monday-Thursday from 8:30am - 5:00pm and on Fridays from 8:30am- 1:00pm. Our Therapists have flexible hours for the clients benefit. Depending on the day they have morning and evening hours available ranging from 9:00am to 7:00pm.
