How long have you been in business?
We have been family owned and operated since 1964.
What is your primary product or service?
Above ground, semi-inground, inground pools, spas, service and all related supplies.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Founder Norm Burkholz formed a partnership with brother Herb in 1964 as Pool n' Patio after building some pools and developing a patent for the Sun Dome. Norm continued the business and incorporated at Pool Park in 1972. Currently daughter Sue Ford, with husband Tom, and son Mark Burkholz are continuing the family tradition.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Pool Park prides itself on providing excellent customer service, educating customers on all aspects of pool and spa ownership, and developing long term relationships. Pool Park also offers a top tier product offering, including the newly emerging semi-inground pool catagory.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Pool Park is a single location store located in Menomonee Falls since 1976.

Pool Park is located on Main Street 2 blocks west of the Hwy.74/Main St. West exit off Hwy. 45. We are in between Hwy. 45 exit and Pilgrim Rd. on Main Street.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
Which areas do you service?
Pool Park services and delivers to a 30 mile radius, and for a nominal trip charge, outside of that area.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Tom & Sue Ford, Mark Burkholz and Jeff Schuelke are in charge of daily operations. Part time staff, mostly students, come in for summer season.
What are your hours of operation?
Winter hours are Monday - Friday 10-6 and Saturday 10-5. (Sundays from Sept.- Dec. we are open 11-4) May through Labor Day weekend, Summer hours are Monday - Friday 10-8, Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 11-5.
What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Referring a new customer, and being a repeat visitor to our store.
